A number of educational videos on stem cell related topics are available on the Internet. The following are among the best we've found. 

Stem Cells

A sequel to the above video, addressing haematopoietic stem cells in the adult. It also touches on stem cells in the lower intestine.

The Howard Hughes Medical Institute has a series of lectures on embryonic stem cells and reproduction. It also has rich resources of other relevant videos, some highlights of which are linked to from after this series.
